Hello!
To change your webkinz user name you must have an inapropereate user name or a user name that gives away too much peronal information!
First go to customer support located on your webkinz log-in screen and click the sixth one down which should be: Can I change my webkinz user name?. Then fill out the form on he bottom and send your request!

Of course, but, you must have a good reason
ex. Inappropriate name, personal info in name, so if you don't or if GANZ feels that it is okay, then good luck on changing your name. You'll need it.
