Kinz cash is the currency of Webkinz world. You use it to buy things from the W shop (and other items from around Webkinz World). Also you can use it to buy things like vacations. Occasionally you will find sales and coupons.

You can earn it by special events, spinning game wheels throughout Webkinz World, playing games, answering surveys, selling items at the W shop, the employment office, answering questions at Quizzy's, and getting more webkinz. There is also bonuses on earning Kinzcash on games from the "Game of the Day."
